U Maynooth Phase 2 Nears Full Occupancy

Strong demand despite Covid impacts

Urbeo, through its residential rental brand U by Urbeo, reports strong interest and take-up of it's second phase units at U Maynooth. 

Despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, market demand for these 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units has been strong, with only a few 2 bed apartments now remaining. Residents have been attracted by the high specification of the development, safe and private environs, and access to both village life and transport infrastructure. 

U by Urbeo will continue its roll out of high quality rental product to the Dublin market over the coming months. Phase 1 of its U Citywest Demesne scheme has now launched, to be followed in August with the launch of its 46 apartment and duplex units at U Rathborne. 

Further homes will be launched through the Autumn and Winter in great new-build schemes including U Citywest Quarter apartments (right beside the Luas station and shopping centre) and U Hansfield (at Hansfield Station).
