What we do
Urbeo’s deep expertise spans capital and deal sourcing, transaction execution, development management, and full end-to-end operational capabilities. Our team has a proven track record of sourcing and delivering asset portfolios at scale, and driving best-in-class operational management. Through our residential platform, Uby Urbeo, we have delivered and now operate almost 2,000 residential rental units in the Irish market. We are actively expanding our operational portfolio across asset classes in the Irish market.
Our portfolio
Urbeo has acquired, and actively manages, over 2 million sqft of residential and commercial real estate in the Irish market, across 14 developments. Through its fully vertically integrated structure, Urbeo’s in-house team manages in excess of €55m in annual revenue on behalf of its institutional clients.
U by Urbeo is a class leading branded residential rental platform. Established in 2019, U by Urbeo is now one of the largest residential rental operations in Ireland, with almost 2,000 units currently under management. U by Urbeo strives to deliver class leading operational standards across its 14 locations, delivering excellence in customer service and building management. U by Urbeo is end-to-end integrated in the Yardi OS.

Frank Kenny
Founding Partner/Executive Chairman
Founder and former non-executive director of Hibernia REIT plc, and the founder of Willett Companies LLC, with over 35 years’ experience in both the Irish and US property markets. Frank is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Anthony Sweetman
Managing Partner
Formerly Head of Acquisitions and Business Development at Rohan Holdings and Senior Asset Manager at the National Asset Management, with over 25 years’ experience in the Irish and international real estate markets. A registered Architect, Anthony holds qualifications from University College Dublin and Trinity College Dublin and is a member of the RIAI and RIBA.
Teresa Flattery
Finance Director
Former Head of Finance at Redwood Real Estate and Business Partnering Manager at NAMA. Teresa is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland, and holds a Masters in Accounting from NUI Galway.
