The first 64 units will be ready for occupation in January 2020.
Consisting of 40 spacious family homes, 12 apartments and 12 two storey duplex units, the development, which will be known as U Maynooth, has a prime location adjacent the desirable commuter town. It is a 5 minute walk to both the university and the town centre, with the mainline train station a further 5 minutes walk away.
Each unit will have its own private garden or terrace, and be fully fitted out with Urbeo’s bespoke furniture range, designed in partnership with V2 Living.
The 150 unit development was acquired from Cairn Homes Plc and will be released to the market in three phases through 2020.
Urbeo currently have over 1,500 new rental units under construction around the city, which will add to their current portfolio of rental properties under management. These new schemes will be rolled out to the Dublin market from early 2020 onwards.
