Urbeo welcomes Fenergo to One North Dock

Urbeo is delighted to welcome Fenergo to our list of high calibre occupiers

Irish fintech company, Fenergo, has recently set up their new Dublin headquarters in One North Dock as part of their €100 million global expansion, in which they are set to create 300 jobs in Dublin and 500 jobs globally.

This comes at a great time as One North Dock is currently undergoing an extensive modernisation overseen by the award-winning Henry J Lyons Architects.

The new amenities in the building will include a wellness suite, executive lounge, large board room, an extended feature reception and improved end-of-trip facilities. The installation of Cat A across 32,000 sqft is also underway.
