Urbeo welcomes new occupiers to One North Dock

We are delighted to welcome Mater Private and Cosmo Pharmaceuticals to One North Dock, further strengthening our community of leading occupiers.

This news comes alongside the completion of a significant programme of building enhancements, including a striking new feature lobby and reception, an executive lounge, a 30-person communal boardroom and a dedicated wellness suite; all designed by award-winning architects Henry J Lyons. At Urbeo, we remain committed to creating high-quality, modern and amenity-rich workplaces that meet the evolving needs of today's occupiers.

We are also delighted to support Virtu's continued growth as they expand their footprint within One North Dock, alongside welcoming Mater Private and Cosmo Pharmaceuticals as new occupiers to the building.

Looking ahead, we're preparing to commence the next phase of works, which will deliver over 21,000 sq ft of Cat A fit-out and 13,600 sq ft of Cat B fit-out across two floors, one of which is earmarked for a new incoming tenant.
